Meditation

 

There are numerous different forms of meditation, two of which can be found in two books that I wrote:

 

Vipassana meditation. On this Buddhist form of meditation the book The Buddha Method (Dutch) is based. Vipassana meditation teaches you to work from your heart on your personality, your growth.

The Buddha Method is an easy booklet, which enables you to work on your spiritual development with rather quick results. This booklet describes the use of a meditation bench. On this site you can find a complete work description to make two of these benches yourself, it takes a few hours of work only.

 

 

Fitness voor de Geest provides meditations based on a complete chakra psychology. There is a fitting meditation for each problem. The book is a manual for coaching and self coaching. It can be used for coaching groups, persons, or yourself.

Do a meditation

Meditating regularly is good for you. It makes you feel quieter, and closer to yourself. Many people find meditating hard, this is why there are 'guided meditations'. They help you to concentrate on yourself. In each meditation you concentrate on a different aspect of yourself. This is what my second book Fitness voor de Geest is based on. It contains numerous meditations for all sorts of purposes.

 

 

Meditation workshops

Meditation workshops can be followed in my practice, too. This can be arranged individually or in small or larger groups. These workshops can be given in the quiet atmosphere of my practice, but I can also come to your location, if you have organised a group yourself.
