Counselling
Suppose you have a complaint of which you don't know exactly what is the cause, such as fatigue that won't go away, or other, seemingly physical complaints. Or there are obvious issues that you cannot deal with on your own and right now there is no one around among your family, your friends, to help you. Or you have a need for a good talk about your situation, in which you would like to receive support and help. Then Counselling is a good option for looking at your situation, together with a person who really listens to you. You tell your story and together we can work on whatever is troubling you. You are the person who takes the decisions about what is discussed during the counselling.
